This policy explains how SunsetVue uses cookies and similar technologies (local storage, pixels, device identifiers). It supplements our Privacy Policy.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They let a site remember your actions and preferences, keep you logged in, measure usage, and — in some cases — show you personalised advertising.
We also use local storage, which works similarly but stores data in your browser rather than sending it with every request. Where this policy says "cookies", it means both.
2. Your choices
When you first visit SunsetVue you are shown a consent banner. You can:
- Accept all — allow all categories below;
- Reject all — allow only strictly necessary cookies;
- Manage preferences — choose category by category.
Non-essential cookies are not set until you consent. Strictly necessary cookies are set regardless, because the Service cannot function without them — this is permitted without consent.
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the site footer, or by clearing cookies in your browser.

If you do not consent to advertising cookies, we will still show ads on the free plan, but they will be non-personalised: they are based only on the content of the page and your coarse location, not on a profile of your behaviour. Non-personalised ads still use a limited cookie for frequency capping and fraud prevention, as permitted by Google's policies and your consent choices.
Paid subscribers do not see ads and no advertising cookies are set for them.

4. Managing cookies in your browser
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will break login and payment, and the Service will not work.
5. Changes
We update this policy whenever we add or remove a cookie. The "Last updated" date reflects the current version.
